Sam Aspnes
Sam is an all-around PR pro with strong writing chops, media relations experience, and digital media know-how. He also has a passion for strategy and sees campaigns as a puzzle with many moving pieces. Sam believes a great strategy is the first step to client success — and changing hearts and minds.
He spends the majority of his time immersed in the Colorado Department of Transportation’s (CDOT) safety campaigns, ultimately leading day-to-day account management for the award-winning Drugged Driving campaign and Car Seats Colorado. On CDOT’s The Cannabis Conversation initiative, Sam led strategic planning efforts to map and execute a multi-year, multi-agency, first-of-its-kind public engagement campaign with the goal of ultimately curbing marijuana-impaired driving in Colorado.
