California raised, Rhegan is always ready for a fast-paced environment and to tackle any task that comes her way. Her quick thinking and witty personality allows her to adapt to all projects and deliver when it is needed most. Rhegan offers the perfect blend of creativity, analytical thinking and business skills to every project and client. With degrees in Agricultural Business and Journalism and Media Communication, she brings a unique perspective and a passion for agriculture and technical communications to her work.

Before joining CIG, Rhegan interned for the College of Agricultural Sciences as the Web and Content Administrator at Colorado State University. In this role, she developed and maintained webpage design, corrected AP style errors and communicated professionally with customers to ensure their needs were met. She also served as Public Relations Vice President of Gamma Phi Beta, where she used her critical thinking skills to plan and direct events, draft and approve social media posts, and communicate plans with the chapter and public.

After recently joining CIG, Rhegan dove into her projects. She is heavily involved in the development and implementation of a strategic outreach campaign for The Ranch Events Complex in Loveland, as well as offering a wide range of public information support on CDOT’s Region 2 Bridge Bundle project.
