Curious by nature and always up for a challenge, Olivia is a passionate, detail-
oriented communicator with experience in public relations, journalism and
organizational communications. A reliable team member who’s never satisfied
with “good enough,” she constantly finds creative ways to distill complex ideas
and craft compelling narratives.

Before joining CIG in 2026, Olivia worked at the Colorado Department of
Transportation, supporting statewide digital communication efforts. It was at
CDOT that she developed a passion for infrastructure and public safety
communications — and finds it rewarding to serve the agencies that serve the
public.

A born-and-raised Oregonian, you’ll likely find Olivia outside in her free time –
rain or shine!
