Enthusiastic and kind, Julie is a razor-sharp powerhouse. She has worked her way up through the ranks in the infrastructure industry and has remained a bright light for her clients and co-workers. She has a true passion for teaching and mentoring others and she’s always there to lend a hand to her team and solve her clients’ problems in a pinch.

Julie specializes in developing clear, concise messaging and outreach programs for complex technical challenges. She honed her unique skill set through almost 30 years of diverse experience in the infrastructure industry as a communications specialist, program/project manager, operations manager and marketing lead. 

Before joining CIG, Julie held prominent positions such as vice president – Denver manager of operations for Jacobs Engineering, and vice president – director of transit and rail services for David Evans and Associates. At Jacobs Engineering, she managed a 245-person profit and loss center and was responsible for $65 million in annual revenues.

Julie was also the deputy program manager for the Regional Transportation District’s (RTD) FasTracks Program, where she led the successful $1.03 billion federal grant submittal for the Eagle Public-Private Partnership (P3) Project and acted as a liaison between the organization’s financial, engineering and stakeholder outreach teams.
