Jenna Matthews

After growing up in small-town Iowa, Jenna moved to Denver in 2021 in hopes of using her blend of creative and analytical skills in the communications field. Her strong artistic background and fascination with culture and communication make Jenna eager to bring her ideas to the table and learn plenty of new things along the way.

With a notably diverse professional background, Jenna has become a jack-of-all-trades that can be called upon for a wide range of tasks and projects. Her curious nature has led her to gain experience in event planning, graphic design, web design, brand management, writing, customer service, agriculture, the food industry, and even floral design. In addition to her broad scope of experience, Jenna has an innate ability to find the underlying patterns in human behavior and apply that knowledge to her communication work. She is always thinking about the big picture while practicing diligence and thoroughness in every detail – making her an excellent problem solver and effective communicator.

Confident and quick learning, Jenna has hit the ground running at CIG with work on the 16th Street Mall Project and Denver’s WasteWise initiative while providing support among various projects as needed. Jenna hopes to continue doing meaningful work for Colorado’s infrastructure efforts and can’t wait to keep learning and growing with her exceptional peers at CIG.
