Charlotte Gaudet
With a passion for storytelling and a knack for building meaningful connections, Charlotte brings creativity, curiosity, and a people-first mindset to every project she takes on. She believes great communication is more than delivering a message – it’s about creating experiences that inspire and leave a lasting impression.
Originally from the East Coast, Charlotte earned her Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications from the University of Colorado Boulder. During her time at CU, she developed a strong foundation in public relations and brand strategy while gaining hands-on experience through ambassadorships, agency projects, and leadership roles. From crafting compelling content, managing social media campaigns, and developing strategic communications plans, she discovered a passion for helping organizations tell authentic stories and connect with their audiences
At her core, Charlotte is energized by collaboration and thrives in fast-paced environments where creativity and strategy intersect. At CIG, she enjoys building relationships and bringing fresh perspectives to her work with CDOT PR, Douglas County, WasteWise, and Denver GoBonds. Whether she’s developing a campaign or supporting a client’s goals, she approaches her work with enthusiasm and a genuine desire to make an impact.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find Charlotte making the first tracks on a fresh powder day at Winter Park, hiking alpine trails in the summer, or attending Red Rocks shows with friends. She’s always looking for her next adventure, and she’s a firm believer that the best stories come from new experiences.
