Anya Lofgreen

Associate II

As the face of drive and determination, Anya has come far, but has aspirations to go even further. A native of Russia, Anya is bilingual and has excellent verbal and written communication skills. From creative development to implementation and evaluation, Anya knows how to use the right tools in order to achieve any desired goal. 

Anya has supported various transportation infrastructure projects during her time with CIG, including US 36 Express Lanes and the US 36 Emergency Repairs project, Brighton Boulevard Redevelopment, Regional Transportation District (RTD) Southeast Rail Extension project, and Larimer County Road 43 Flood Recovery. 

Anya works closely with the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) High-Performance Transportation Enterprise (HPTE) and coordinates integrated public relations and marketing campaigns from planning and development to implementation and evaluation of results. She also works on HPTE’s Express Lanes Master Plan project.

Anya was involved in developing and implementing strategic PR and marketing efforts for several campaigns including Traffic? I’ll Pass, Three’s Free, and Express Lanes. When it Matters Most. She was also involved in the Express Lanes and HPTE website redesign and content development.
