Inquisitive – always on the quest for knowledge, Caroline loves seeking out new information and becoming an expert resource for her clients. She’s never afraid to tell it like it is and is someone you can always turn to for thoughtful, logical answers. Truly a gift, she enjoys the challenge of taking something completely undecipherable and turning it into something crystal clear. 

Caroline is data-driven, relationship-focused, and brings over 10 years of experience in journalism, public information and media relations. Her experience includes strategic communications planning for a variety of infrastructure projects and government initiatives, crisis communications management, media relations and stakeholder engagement. 

Her current and past projects include the I-25 South Gap, the US 36 Emergency Rebuild project, the Pena Boulevard design-build project and the North Meadows Extension construction project.
