Our team is based entirely in the Denver metro area. Without a doubt, we care about our community. Several CIG staff members are Colorado natives, and many are raising families here. We have a vested interest in what happens with transit, education, healthcare, public safety – the list goes on. Chances are, if you care about it, we care about it. We also want Colorado to be known for the best burritos, pizza and live music. Pick any category. We want our state and our entrepreneurs to top the list.

Our civic focus is demonstrated in our work on various public education campaigns – time devoted volunteering with various professional and community organizations and in CIG’s ongoing pro-bono work on the pedestrian safety campaign “Brake for Bela.” Our “Brake for Bela” campaign encapsulates CIG’s culture and commitment to community. Named for Isabela ‘Bela’ Estes, daughter of CIG staff member Kristi Estes, this campaign aims to improve pedestrian safety and prevent other children from suffering the same pain suffered by Bela after she was struck by a car.

CIG has helped guide public influence campaigns on important issues like distracted and impaired driving, proper use of seatbelts and infant car seats, and building personal and community resilience skills. We’re committed to the cause of making Colorado an even better place to live.
